In my role as the lead for Equality Enablement at Salesforce and helping to lead our Black Employee Resource group, BOLDforce, I worked to build a more diverse, inclusive and equitable culture at our company and in our industry. I did this through:
Leading Trainings on Inclusive practice such as Inclusive Language, Inclusive Leadership, Inclusive Hiring, and Inclusive Marketing. I also lead trainings on how to be an ally and understanding unconscious bias. I believe no matter where a person, group, or organization is on their path we can help shift perception, develop empathy, and empower them with tool to drive inclusion in their daily processes.
