Had the opportunity to speak alongside some incredible leaders at the Hotel Council of San Francisco Women in Leadership Forum on imposter syndrome. Imposter syndrome is rooted in fear, fear that is not unfounded. Studies show real inequities across hiring evaluations, performance feedback, and compensation for women and even more so for women of color. We all can do more to create workplaces where everyone can truly thrive.
